SQL Administrator Expert Level
Location: Kochi
Functional Area: SQL Server 2008/SQL Server 2008 R2, and SQL Server backup schemes knowledge Basic SQL Server database administration and optimization
MCITP: Database Administrator 2008
Strong SQL Server 2008/SQL Server 2008 R2, and SQL Server backup schemes knowledge
Basic SQL Server database administration and optimization
Knowledge of reporting and query tools and practices
Experience with MSSQL Server Administration, Installation, Query, and troubleshooting
Perform tuning to resolve performance issues in SQL
Provide Level-3 technical support for SQL database administration,applications and databases services
Senior technical skills in MS SQL Server 2005 and 2008, including system installation and upgrade, backup and recovery, data server migration, database maintenance and support, release management, troubleshooting, performance tuning
Experience with the SQL Server Log Shipping, clustering, replication and database mirroring features
Experience with installing and supporting SQL Server 2005 and 2008, particularly with features such as Integration Services, Reporting Services and Analysis Services
Familiarity with SQL, Transact-SQL and troubleshooting queries and stored procedures
