Required Position : Sr. Java/J2EE Developer
Qualification : BE / BTech If not BE / Btech, then must have MCA
Percentage : Must have 65% in 10th, 12th, Graduation & PG.
Total Experience : 3+ yrs
Relevant Experience : Minimum 3yrs of Latest JAVA J2EE exp.
Location : Bhopal, MP
Timings : 7.00PM till 4.30AM (5 days working from Monday to Friday)

Location Preference : Must be a permanent resident of MP. Candidate might be working at any other location anywhere in India but his native place should be in MP.
Language Preference : Good written & spoken English.
Skills Preferred : Must have exp. in any one of these 3 frameworks – spring, hibernate, struts.
Must have exp. in jsp, servlets, core java.
Exp. on ejb, web services is preferred.
Interview Structure : 1st telephonic round with me, 2nd HR telephonic round, 3rd & Final technical round through video conferencing.
Responsibilities:
• Development in Java/J2EE & related technologies.
• Follow best practices for S/W development.
• Research & Analysis for the technological need of the project whenever needed.
• Communicate progress/issues/risks to the Lead.
Requirements:
• Min. 3+ yrs exp. in Java J2EE
• Should be able to learn fast during the training.
• Willingness to learn new things.
• Strong Logical & technical problem solving skills.
• Must be a team player.
• Must be energetic and must have a positive attitude.
