JOB TITLE : Operations Executive

JOB OBJECTIVE : Service
RESPONSIBLE TO : Manager – Operations
Job Purpose:
Ensuring field support for the team and visit customer.
Key Responsibilities include:
To manage a team of technicians . Deliver through your team Service Excellence.
To ensure contractual obligations to our customer base are met; ensuring consistently high standards of workmanship are delivered.
To ensure the customers pest control needs are met by pest control technicians by
Recommending appropriate solutions
To support technicians through training, coaching and field accompaniment
To oversee the resourcing, deployment and development of technician
To ensure the teams are complying with the latest Health & Safety, Environmental and Pesticide usage regulations.
Requirements:
Good IT skills (Ms office, Email)
Must be fluent in local language and English.
Age Limit 25-30
Must have field work experience (Minimum 2 Years)
Have a full driving license
Excellent planning and organizing skills
Ability to prioritize work according to situation.
Previous experience of operations and managing people either in service environment is an added advantage
