Job Description
- Developing new packaging design as per requirement.
- Stability and compatibility studies with new primary packaging system.
- To finalize the specifications for new packaging material. Maintaining quality standards for incoming materials, ensuring stringent adherence to quality standards, norms & practices, identifying gaps & taking corrective action.
- To carry out continuous improvement in the existing packaging material
based on the feedback from the plant/ analysis of market complaints. - To carry out vendor assessment for quality system check, make necessary improvement at their end; make prototype samples for trial purpose.
- Continuous study/ trial for the implementation of new packaging material as per the latest trends.
- Sourcing of new vendors for the existing packaging materials and develop them as per the companies requirement.
- Specification of packaging material to be made and periodically updated for the approved packaging material
- Communication with packing line/ packing store/ marketing dep’t and R & D.
- To develop vendors as per new amendment and development in packing material
- To plan the people for inspection and QC approval and rejection
