Technical Lead – .Net (5 years+)
Location: Kochi
Skill & Experience Requirements:
- Proficiency in design patterns & principles
- Must have solid exposure to Microsoft Architecture and Design in Enterprise Level Applications
- 5 years or more of experience in web applications development using .Net technology
- S/He must have handled a technical lead role for over a year
Responsibilities:
- Will be Responsible for Technical Architecture & solutions of UI components and frameworks
- Lead design initiatives
- Mentor & Guide the team in .Net framework 3.5/4
- Work in an iterative environment, understand and translate business requirements to robust Web/Mobile Solutions
- Provide effort estimation
- Resolve technical issues reported by team members
- Conduct code reviews & provide constructive feedback on improving code quality
- Take ownership of the tasks assigned to the team
