JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
Position Title: Business Development Manager’.
Annual Salary of the Job : 25000 to 30000 pm + Incentives
Target Industry : Interior Designers and Architects
Job Location: Ghatkopar West.
Candidates should be from Interior Designers and Architects background as Target Industry.
Job Profiles:
1- Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, searching out new architects and interior desigers and educate them about our products and finally sell them the idea.
2- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
3- Responsible for achieving sales target
4- Defining the exact marketing processes and responsible for executing the same.
5- Developing relevant business proposals
6- Monitor market Intelligence within the industry in terms of market development, new projects, competitive activity, new customers etc.
7- Handling meeting with key clients
Skills/Qualifications: Closing Skills, Motivation for Sales, Prospecting Skills, Sales Planning, Selling to Customer Needs, Territory Management, Market Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Energy Level, Meeting Sales Goals, Professionalism, Go Getter, Should be able to handle rejections, Must be working under pressure and deadline scenarios and a master in selling dreams or ideas which do not exists.
