The incumbent must have minimum 8 years of proven track record in IT business development and retain a good clientele base. He/she should be willing to travel in and across the country and generate sales leads based on their reference and cold calling. He/she should manage the Pre-bid and post-bid stages. Regular follow-up and coordination with the existing clients. He/she should convey unique selling features of IT products and services and understand key concerns and needs of the clients. He/She should have the ability to multitask and work under pressure. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and should be an MBA in Marketing. Salary is not a constraint to the right candidate.

Manager- Business Development
Increasing Company’s profitability by bringing in business through business development initiatives.
Interact with the clients and ensure their satisfaction at all levels Responsible for Bids/Tenders etc. Preparing and delivering proposal presentation. Co-ordinate the preparation of contracts with the Legal team. Participate in the contract terms negotiations. Commercial Negotiation /Prepare Business Plan Prepare win/loss analysis Prepare sales plan, identify opportunities and handle customer presentation. Provide functional solutions to the clients. Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets in terms of the revenue, profitability for the given period. Generate leads through cold calling, ads and email campaigns Responsible for Initial Customer Requirements gathering and translate them to the development team Conduct workshops, demos and presentations Prepare Risk and Mitigation kits. Respond to RFP/RPIs in short turn-around times. Train the Sales Team in technology and software services.
