Development Manager – Projects
Purpose of the Job
• To ensure the project is executed successfully to cost, quality and time schedule.
• To ensure that company exceeds customer expectations in our service levels.
• To ensure the project complies with the approved quality processes of the company.
• To line manage company staff assigned to project.
Estimate, plan and control project to ensure that project is completed on schedule
within the budget.
Ensure the quality of all deliverables.
Acquire and deploy resources needed for the project.
Prepare and maintain project related documents such as PMP, QMP and CMP etc.,
these tasks can be delegated to the PL/TL where applicable.
Review project progress periodically to ensure that all activities proceed as per the

The job holder will be a person having proven track record of managing software projects in
ASP.Net technology, platforms, and conforming to methodologies and standards. Job holder
will be result-oriented achiever, who is very good in planning, organizing and managing multiple
projects, and motivating his team members.
The job holder will be University graduate in Engineering, and will have an experience of 8-12
years in IT industry. Post graduate qualification is desirable.
Apart from above, the job holder will have managerial qualities such as leadership,
communication, social and interpersonal skills.
