Job Profile:
* To achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
* To conduct promotional activities as per annual plan.
* To maximize conversion of enquiries in to orders.
* To ensure all renewals.
* To train new trainee executives on the field.
* To adhere to the PMP”s ( Pest Management Procedures).
* To ensure quality of service delivery.
* To maintain good laison with customers.
* To conduct audits.
* To prepare reports and submit the same to customers.
* To attend the complaints and logically conclude them.
* Do cold calling, its documentation on daily basis and conversion of the same into sales.
* To keep organization updated on the competitors activities in his territory.
* To keep close eye on the developments and business opportunities in his territory
